Sponsors

Sponsor Qualifications: Local community sponsors of the Family Week Celebration project must possess a few basic characteristics:

• A sponsor must be a recognized, stable organization with the capacity to be an initial and ongoing sponsor of the project.
• A sponsor must have the volunteers willing to provide the needed service hours to organize and effectively manage the project within the community.
• A sponsor must be licensed by World Peace Parents Foundation.
• A sponsor must agree to undertake the project as a nonpolitical, nonprofit and nondenominational activity.

Sponsor Responsibility: The primary responsibility is to plan, organize and administer an annual community-wide event involving families, schools, local government, churches, businesses, and the media. The sponsor is responsible for providing the leadership and the modest funding required to initiate this project.
